By accessing or using DMFlow ("Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
Important: DMFlow is an Instagram automation tool built on Meta's official API. Use of this Service requires you to comply with both these Terms and Meta's Platform Terms & Developer Policies.
DMFlow provides Instagram DM automation tools that allow Creator and Business accounts to automatically reply to comments, send direct messages based on keyword triggers, collect email leads, and analyse engagement. The Service operates through Meta's official Instagram Graph API.
You must be at least 18 years old to use DMFlow. By using the Service, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older. You must have a valid Instagram Creator or Business account to connect to DMFlow. Personal Instagram accounts are not supported by Meta's API.
When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. DMFlow will never ask for your Instagram password — we connect exclusively via Meta's secure OAuth flow. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
DMFlow is a certified Meta Tech Provider and operates exclusively through Instagram's official Graph API. By using DMFlow, you agree to:
You may revoke DMFlow's access to your Instagram account at any time through your Instagram settings under "Apps and Websites".

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination without refund.
DMFlow offers Free, Pro (₹1,599/month), and Agency (₹3,999/month) plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly. By subscribing, you authorize DMFlow to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months. A 14-day free trial is available on Pro plans for new users.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We collect only the data necessary to provide the Service and comply with Meta's data policies. We never sell your data to third parties.
The Service, including all software, designs, logos, and content, is owned by DMFlow and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DMFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
